Artline Carpenters LLC was established in 2015, but our owner has been in the furniture-making business since 2005.

Do you offer services for both residential and commercial clients?
Yes, we cater to both residential and commercial clients across South Florida, from Miami to West Palm Beach, FL. Our commercial projects have included hospitals, medical offices, restaurants, bars, hotels, and new development buildings.

What makes your services stand out?
We ensure on-time delivery, use quality materials, and offer competitive prices. We are multilingual, speaking English, Russian, and Spanish. Additionally, we are a licensed and insured family-owned business.

Do you provide design services?
Yes, we use a 3D modeling program to help design your custom furniture. This allows us to visualize and refine your ideas before beginning the build.

What are your operating hours?
We operate from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekend appointments are available by prior arrangement only.

How do I get an estimate for my project?
To provide an accurate estimate, we need to take proper measurements and discuss your desired design, color, details, and materials. Only after a thorough discussion and 3D modeling can we determine the price. Estimates and measurements are free if located within 30 minutes of our office, but a fee might incur if the location is further out to accommodate travel. If hired, that estimate fee is waived.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on our work for any issues that arise due to our fault. This warranty does not cover damages or issues caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.

What should I expect in terms of project timelines?
While we strive to deliver on time, please note that delays may occur due to material availability or unforeseen medical emergencies. We will keep you informed throughout the process to ensure timely completion.

How do you handle deposits and material orders?
Once the design and all the details of the order are finalized with the client, we place the order for materials. We use only quality materials for our builds. We require a 50% deposit of the total cost before we proceed with ordering parts and materials. Once the materials are finalized and ordered, we cannot change the shipment, and any changes to the design after the fact might incur additional fees and change of the total cost. While we strive to avoid any issues with material availability, there may be instances where a part is temporarily out of stock. Please note that these circumstances are beyond our control.
